This simple introduction to the main ViViPOS screen orients you to the different sections of the main ViViPOS screen.

ViViPOS' main screen is customizable via "Control Panel" so you may find that the screen layout on your ViViPOS may differ to the one shown below. However the major components of the screen can be easily distinguished from each other.

• Transaction Summary： Displays the total amount, paid / unpaid amount, and change of the current transaction.
• Transaction Status： Displays the current price level, tax code, item count, check#, sequence#, table#, # of customer, order destination of the current transaction.
• Transaction Area (Shopping Cart): Displays transactional details. If over more items are registered than that can fit in the allocated space, user may scroll the area via the direction buttons to the left.
• Function Panel：A numeric keypad with an additional panel of frequently used function keys.
• Department： A list of department (product family).
• Product (PLUs)： A list of product (PLUs).
• System Message Line： Displays miscellaneous message such as machine ID, user name, time & date, system alert / error messages.
