This tutorial shows how to make corrections or voiding transactions with ViViPOS.

Voiding Single Item

1. In the shopping cart, click on the item which you intend to void.
2. Click in the fixed key area

Correcting Quantity

1. In the shopping cart, click on the item which you intend to correct quantity of.
2. Input new quantity (0 ~ 9) in the fixed key area
3. Click in the fixed key area
4. Click in the fixed key area

Correcting Price

1. In the shopping cart, click the single item which you intend to correct price of.
2. Input new price (0 ~ 9) in the fixed key area
3. Click in the fixed key area

Correcting Price and Quantity

1. In the shopping cart, click on the item which you intend to correct quantity & price of.
2. Input new quantity (0 ~ 9) in the fixed key area
3. Click in the fixed key area
4. Input new price (0 ~ 9) in the fixed key area
5. Click in the fixed key area

Voiding Unfinished Order

1. Click in the fixed key area, all items in shopping cart will be deleted
