ViViPOS comes with a 2 year return to base warranty for any hardware defects to the terminal. Other items offer standard manufacturer's warranty. We recommend remote diagnosis (either email or phone) prior to obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Please contact the original place of purchase to obtain an RMA and to arrange shipping items for repair.
