ViViConnect Cloud Management
ViViConnect is a cloud management tool designed to assist in centralised management of ViViPOS systems.
The web-based portal allows you to group your ViViPOS systems into logical groups such as locations, owners, departments etc and gives you a birds eye view of the statuses and system logs of each terminal under management. You will know when systems have unexpectedly shutdown, how much free space you have in the hard drive and also have the ability to request Remote Help which allows our ViViPOS resellers or IT departments to assist when you or your cashiers are having problems or when they require training.
