Why doesn't my cash drawer open when I make a sale?
There are 4 common reasons why the cash drawer doesn't open:
1. It has to be plugged into your receipt printer, NOT the ViViPOS terminal
2. The cash drawer settings in the 'devices module' are incorrect
3. There is something obstructing the physical mechanism within the drawer, like coins or notes that have fallen out of the drawer tray
4. It's not an electronic cash drawer, so you need to push it manually to open -
I've added a new product. Why won't it print in the kitchen?

I want to connect a network printer to my ViViPOS. How do I find my printer's IP Address?
To find out your printer's IP Address, turn off the printer. Hold the feed button and power on the printer. You should have the IP address printed on the 'test print sheet. If the printer's IP is not in the same subnet, its best to change them via PC. Remember to turn off the printer and switch back on to take it out of 'test mode' and allow normal printing functions
