Employee Details

The ViViPOS system supports multi-level user rights. This means you can assign staff to different 'Role Groups' to restrict the functions that they have access to. The terminal comes configured with 3 Role Groups (Admin,Manager and Sales). If you would like us to add your Staff, complete their details below. (It's easy to add later if you'd prefer)

Having Staff log on for each transaction allows you to track productivity. It's also useful in the kitchen to know which waiter placed the order.

Receipt & Docket Printers

The ViViPOS system supports multiple printer configurations. You can even split orders on to different dockets to be printed by the same physical printer. We will confirm with you the menu items you want printed and how you would like them grouped. If you would like us to tailor your Customer Receipt please complete this section.

Tables & Bar TABs

The ViViPOS system has a Table/TAB management module that makes allocating and retrieving customer orders very simple. Tables can be organised into waiter's zones or physical areas such as rooms or inside-outside. If you don't require separate regions, simply note the total number of tables in your business in the 'Region / Zone 1' field. (You can always add more tables if required)

Number of Bar TABs *

Bar TABs can be shared across multiple ViViPOS terminals on the same network. This means your customers can add to or finalise their TAB at any ViViPOS.

Menu or Product List

You can submit your menu by uploading a file (XL, Word, PDF or Picture is fine) or if your current menu is on the internet, simply past a URL in the comments field.
