I’m happy with Vivipos and would recommend it to anyone. It is easy to use and the reports are very useful. The reports have enabled me to perform detailed analysis on sales and accurately calculate cost of goods sold. The system is very stable and we have not had any problems with screens freezing etc.

It was really important for me to buy the best available POS machine for our restaurant, because the nature of our business. It's complicated with our diverse menu for dine in, pick up / take away and delivery order. Thanks to Mark and the team, VIVIPOS was able not only give me the perfect machine for my business but the help with the after sale service was awesome, because they spent so much time with me perfecting the layout of the programming. Out of 18 POS systems The Dosa Hub reviewed, ViViPOS is the best among the rest. Features are expandable, very easy to use, easy to integrate, fast, efficient and best value for money. It just fit to our bill and we could just switch off of our old POS system just in matter of 3 hrs. We went live on a busy Friday evening service and everyone in the restaurant adapted to the new system with minimal training. Within week of installation we saved $$$ as it enhanced our operations effectively. Thank you very much Andrew for the support and your expertise did worked to be best.
I run a busy cafe in Alice Springs and find the Vivipos system works well for us. The odd times we have had issues with our system I have found the Vivipos guys to be very responsive and extremely helpful and have had us up and running again in no time. I would happily recommend Vivipos.

The Vivipos system is easy to use and you can set it up to your own requirements. There are many features that will encourage our business to offer more services to our clientele such as bar tabs, loyalty programs and automatic pricing levels for events such as “happy hour”. I enjoy the freedom that I can log in from home and get reports and even change things such as displays and pricing if required. I have also attached the 15” LCD second display whereby I advertise up coming events at the venue while people are waiting to be served. So far I have had only positive comments from the staff using the Vivipos system and look forward to a long association.
